1. Checking In

Welcome! Thank you for staying at my home.

The apartment is located at 798 Washington Ave #4, Brooklyn, NY 11238. There is a lockbox on the building door with two sets of keys. I will send a message 2-7 days before check-in with the lockbox code.

2. Checkout

Thank you for staying! As this is a home exchange, I ask that you leave the apartment as you found it and keep things tidy. This includes:

1. Washing any used dishes or running the dishwasher
2. Bringing the trash downstairs and replacing the trash bags, if half full or more.
3. Leaving any used towels in the bedroom hamper.

For GP exchanges with another guest staying after you, I also ask that you replace the fitted sheet on the bed. I ask this to keep exchanges fee-free, but I’m also happy to arrange a cleaner if you’d prefer for $60 to help cover the costs.

Please make sure to lock the door and leave the keys in the lockbox after you leave for future guests.

• For stays over 3 days:
  • Please take out any trash into the bins outside and replace the trash bags.
  • Place the used bedding into the laundry hamper and replace the bedding.
  • Leave the home tidy for future guests!
